Our History
Garrett Insurance was established by Lionel Garrett in 1960. His vision was honest, caring, client service, provided with integrity. This has been the foundation upon which we have built our business for the past 6 decades. Ted, Lionel’s eldest son, entered into the business in 1985, and took over for Lionel upon his retirement. After 30 years of continuing to build the business, Ted retired. This is where Lionel’s middle son, Jim, and his business partner Cindy Haines acquired the business. Garrett Group has now gone into its third generation with the addition of Jim’s son, Jeremy in 2017.
